1. The basics
Claim America is operated by Cabin Five LLC. By using the site or buying a claim, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. How claims work
A claim is a temporary digital ranking attached to a state, county, or city. It does not give you ownership, government authority, endorsement, investment rights, or control over the actual place.
The highest active claim is Primary. A higher completed claim can replace it at any time. Lower or equal claims can still appear under Other Claimants, ranked mainly by amount paid. We do not guarantee how long you will remain Primary or how many views, clicks, or customers a claim will receive.
3. Payment and no refunds
You choose a whole-dollar amount of at least $1 USD. Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout and applicable indirect taxes. The checkout total is intended to be the final amount you pay, excluding anything charged independently by your bank or currency provider.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Being replaced, remaining under Other Claimants, receiving less traffic than expected, entering the wrong information, or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or actions Stripe is required to take. See the short Refund Policy.
4. What you may post
Your name, message, handle, link, amount, ranking, and claim history may be public. By submitting a claim, you agree that you have the right to use its content and that you will not post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or impersonating; expose private personal information; or promote scams, spam, malware, or unsafe links.
You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to display and format it to operate Claim America. We may reject, edit, hide, remove, or disable content or links that violate these rules or create a safety, legal, payment, or technical risk. Removal for a rule violation is not refundable. You are responsible for what you submit.
5. Service limitations
Claim America and linked third-party sites are provided “as is.” We may fix ranking or geographic errors, freeze a territory, change features, experience downtime, or discontinue the service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cabin Five LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability will not exceed what you paid Claim America during the six months before the claim arose.
6. Changes, law, and contact
Missouri law governs these Terms, and disputes that must be heard in court will be handled in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a new date above. Questions or reports about a claim can be sent to privacy@claimamerica.app with the territory URL and a short explanation.
