No refunds
All claim purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not refund purchases because another person becomes Primary, your claim remains under Other Claimants, you expected more traffic or time, you entered something incorrectly, you changed your mind, or your content violated our rules.
This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived or actions Stripe must take as merchant of record. If you believe the same payment was charged twice or was unauthorized, contact privacy@claimamerica.app with the date and amount so we can investigate. See our Terms for how claims work.
