1. What you give us—and what becomes public
When you make a claim, you may provide a display name, short message, X handle, website link, territory, and claim amount. Those details, your ranking, and claim history may be public and may be indexed or copied by search engines and other people. Do not submit private or sensitive information.
If you contact Cabin Five LLC, we also receive whatever contact information and message you send us. Claim America does not currently require user accounts.
2. Payments and technical information
Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout and payment details. Claim America receives transaction identifiers, amount, status, and related fraud or dispute information, but does not store complete card numbers or security codes.
Our providers may automatically process IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, diagnostics, and security signals. We use this to deliver the site, measure basic usage, fix errors, and prevent fraud and abuse.
DataFast processes analytics information such as requested pages, referral source, timestamps, IP address, approximate location, browser, device, and analytics identifiers. We use it to understand traffic, count visits and active visitors, and improve Claim America. We may publicly display aggregate figures such as total visitors or the number of visitors recently active; those public figures do not identify individual visitors.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and rank claims, confirm payments, moderate public content, operate and improve the site, answer requests, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
4. Who helps run the site
Stripe provides checkout, tax handling, fraud prevention, and payment support. Supabase provides the database. Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, delivery, logs, and infrastructure. DataFast provides basic traffic analytics. These providers process information needed to perform those jobs under their own agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the service.
5. Cookies, retention, and security
Claim America and its providers may use necessary cookies or similar storage for security, preferences, and basic operation. DataFast also uses analytics cookies or similar identifiers to recognize a browser and measure sessions, returning visits, and traffic attribution. These are not used by Claim America for behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information. You can limit analytics cookies through browser settings or compatible privacy tools, though doing so may make aggregate counts less accurate.
Public claim history may remain available while the service operates. Analytics and transaction, fraud, tax, dispute, legal, and security records may be kept as reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
6. Your choices and children
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information. Public removal may not erase transaction records or copies controlled by third parties. Claim America is for adults 18 and older and does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Contact and changes
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to privacy@claimamerica.app or Cabin Five LLC, 613 Big Bend Rd, #832, Manchester, MO 63021, United States. We may update this policy by posting a revised date above.
